The STEMMING IVAP connects evidence, leadership, curriculum, digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship support and external partnerships across four beneficiary HEIs and three associated adopter HEIs.

Evidence before action

HEInnovate profiles shaped the IVAP priorities.

The four beneficiary HEIs completed the HEInnovate self-assessment during proposal preparation. The comparative profiles highlighted shared needs around entrepreneurship teaching at scale, venture support, organisational incentives and impact measurement, while also revealing different institutional strengths to build on.

Each phase converts evidence into progressively more durable curricula, services, partnerships and institutional commitments.

    Design and set-up

    Governance, HEInnovate baseline, competence framework v1 and the first technical foundations.
  2. 02

    M7–M12

    Pilot and deploy

    First mini-credentials, Agent Lab MVP and initial Digital Twin Studio pilots move into use.

    M13–M18

    Scale and venture building

    Delivery expands alongside mentoring, internships, innovation studios and start-up support.

    M19–M24

    Institutionalise and hand over

    Replication packs, quality evidence, sustainability commitments and long-term service ownership are secured.
